Digital Signal Processing, DSP, is ubiquitous in current and future technologies.
This course will start with brief definitions of Continuous Time Fourier Transform, Continuous Time Fourier Series, Discrete Time Fourier Transform, and Z-Transform to analyze continuous to discrete as well as discrete to continuous systems. This will enable students the ability to analyze transfer function of any system using related transforms.
Real life applications require Decimation as well as Interpolation blocks, which will be covered next.
Digital Filters are frequently used in any system; therefore the course will encompass Finite Impulse Response Filter Design various types.
